This is something I came up with on the fly the other day. I was watching a WatchMojo.com top ten of Sesame Street characters. Well, Big Bird ranked number one, and then I started thinking. What would Big Bird's descendant look like in the Fallout universe?

Over the weekend I refined him a bit to look more "wasteland insane"
